All items are pre loved and therefore not brand new. Some have minor signs of wear. All significant flaws will be disclosed in the description.

The item doesn't fit

In rare cases where an item is ill fitting, such as when you're unsure and request to try it on, if it doesn't fit, you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Faulty Items

If the flaw has been mentioned in the caption (e.g. signs of wear), then we cannot provide a refund.

However if the flaw was overlooked, the return and refund process will begin! We apologize for any inconveniences caused by receiving a faulty or incorrect item.
