Thank you for shopping with Vintdream! We are dedicated to providing a smooth and efficient shopping experience, and we want you to be fully informed about our shipping process. Please review the following details about how we handle shipping for your orders:

1. Shipping Schedule

  • We ship orders twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed after Thursday's & Monday's will be processed and shipped on the next available shipping day.

2. Shipping Provider

  • We use Pick Up Mtaani for all our shipping services. They are a trusted delivery partner in Kenya, providing reliable and secure delivery to various locations across the country.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Shipping Details

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email or phone, which will include your tracking number and rider movement.

  • Delivery Time: Typically, delivery should arrive on the same day for doorstep deliveries and the next day for parcel and pick up options. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or mis deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, public holidays, or courier delays). We will notify you in case of any significant delays.

7. Order Tracking

  • After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and additional delivery tracking details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through Pick Up Mtaani’s tracking system.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within Kenya. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

9. Lost or Damaged Items

  • In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please reach out to us immediately through our Instagram DM's or our email at hello@vintdream.com. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
